New idea for a thread after listening to a track on one of the latest Classic Rock cds. Can be serious, funny - whatever you like and why you like it. Not necessarily the whole song either, just the one or two lines that stick with you. What started this was Bad Barber - Burn to Shine and the lines: She's got her brand new fuck me shoes on, Soon to be stripped right down to her tattoos Your turn. Go!

The mighty Primus: Wynona loved her big brown beaver And she stroked him all the time. She pricked her finger one day and it Occurred to her she might have a porcupine. And I still think Friday Night by the Darkness takes some beating....there's simply not enough mention of Badminton in rock tunes these days Chris Cornell has written some of my favourite ever lyrics...You can't beat the chorus to Big Dumb Sex Hey I know what to do I'm gonna fuck fuck fuck fuck you!

On the outskirts of nowhere On the ring road to somewhere On the verge of indecision I'll always take the roundabout way

My room mate was a businessman. Killed his friend with a frying pan. Now he's been walked in the yard two times a day.
