Recovered & ready to party again.... Can't comment on Fridays bands cos I wasn't there. Only really one band I was rooting for all W/E actually got thru to HRH a splendid show from Velvet Star... enjoyed all the bands I saw & can remember on Saturday... TDW & Amorettes were good, was looking forward to The Idol Dead, but they were broken down. I wish NGS were playin HRH but there are already about 30 bands playin I wanna see!!! And luckily my drunkerness didnt spoil my day.... !

I was expecting a reasonably sane Sunday at Firefest but got completely led astray by EG and Cinders and ended up even more pissed than I was on Friday at HTH. Luckily the beer radar worked and I somehow made it back to the hotel

Totally awesome weekend, well what i can rememeber anyway. All the bands were superp, well chuffed 2 of our Norn Irish lot Sweet Taste and Trucker Diablo got through, little gutted Last Known Addiction didnt, i thought they had nailed it, but well 2 out of 3 aint bad.

Apologies to anyone who may have been blinded my the sight of my roomate Stef running around the hotel naked on SAturday morning, its my fault for daring him to do it lol.

What a great bunch you are. Moment of the weekend was I.A.N scranning a bag of chips outside the chippy, offering a young lad in a kilt one and the lad telling him "I've got a nice bed at my place if you want to come back with me?" :lol:

I said to hime, you could have at least had a look under his kilt :lol:
