Will the chapters be asked to compile a list of bands for this again this year?

Cool, cheers for letting me know big man. Just been having a few bands ask us so we've been starting to compile a list. Lets see if we can cause an invasion again this year , last year was amazing

Will there be any rules along the lines of bands that have won through before cannot apply this time?

Well I personally wont be putting forward or voting for any band that has played HTH/HRH/HF before.

I look forward to seeing lots of new talent this year.
