Its disgusting!!! talk about short notice, we do not have that kind of money available at the moment, so what do we do? put tent up out on the lawn!!! even though paid in full for the chalet!! not happy!

If it's in the T & Cs they can enforce it...short notice or otherwise. Is it worth seeing if Fleur can talk to the venue to see what can be done

So let me understand, if I use a card is this £100 going to be taken out of my account and refunded a week or two later? What money am I going to spend at the festival?

so you have to have the money available - at least £100 on the card, and if its all you've got you can't use it until it is 'refunded'.
